These terms govern your use of the CySec 2026 website. They are separate from the CySec 2026 Sponsorship Terms & Conditions, which apply specifically to sponsors and exhibitors and are set out in full on the sponsorship information pack.

This site is provided for information about CySec 2026, and to let sponsors apply and attendees find their way to registration. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, scrape it at volume, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
As a cybersecurity conference, we recognise and welcome responsible security research; if you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to us directly rather than testing further, in line with the CySec 2026 Code of Conduct.
The CySec 2026 and BCSA names, logos and event branding, and the text, graphics and design of this site, belong to the Brunei Cybersecurity Association (BCSA) or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, redistribute or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
This site links to services we do not operate ourselves — for example, the CyberBattle CTF (cyberbattlectf.com), a sister event with its own site, and the BCSA events platform used for registration, tickets and your personal schedule. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Registering for CySec 2026, booking tickets, and using your personal schedule or the CySecBuddy companion app are handled by BCSA's events platform under its own terms, which you agree to separately when you register.
This site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event details will not change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCSA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
